Fall Registration ~ (All Levels)~
Eligibility Age Eligibility - Your child needs to be going into kindergarten in September 2008 for them to be eligible to play fall soccer. Registration • Complete registration form signed by parent or legal guardian. • Include copy of player's birth certificate - ONLY if they are NEW to the HYS program. First time players can NOT play without it. • Check for $60.00 per child, $115.00 per family maximum. Please send and make checks payable to Hanson Youth Soccer. $15.00 late fee for any sign-ups this is strictly enforced. Any registration received after July 31, 2008 will be subject to the $15.00 late fee. Please try and get your registrations in before this date. REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE ON AUGUST 15, 2008 AND NO REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THAT DATE. Any registrations received after that date will be placed on a waiting list and the $15.00 late fee will apply.PLEASE TRY AND GET THIS IN SINCE TRYOUTS ARE BEING HELD ON SEPTEMBER 6 for Fall and Spring. You may pick up a registration form at the registration table on the above dates or you may download a form from our website, HansonSoccer.com. Equipment • Hanson Youth Soccer reversable mess shirt (purchased seperately at appareal table at Maquan field for $20.00. • Shin pads - (mandatory) Goals of Program The HYS fall soccer program involves boys and girls in 5 age groups (Under 6, Under 7, Under 8, Under 10, Under 12, and Under 14) in a recreational soccer program. The main objective of the program is for children to have fun and competition playing soccer with their friends in an organized program, while also learning soccer skills, teamwork, etc. Teams in the U-8, U-10, age groups play in a 6 v 6 format. Teams in the12 age group play in an 8 v 8 format and U-14 age group play in an 11 v 11 format. Boys and girls in all age groups are on separate teams. The program consists of an 8 week regular season with all games on Saturdays (between approx. 8 a.m. and 1 p.m.). Teams in U14 age groups play in a fall travel competitive league. Where Maquan School Field and Indian Head School Field (K-2) beginning at 8:00 a.m. for grades 1 and 2 and 9:15 for kindergarten. U10 is 10:45 at Hanson Middle School and U12 is 12:00 noon at Hanson Middle School. Dates Start date is Saturday, September 6, 2008 and runs into November.
If you are unable to make a registration, please download a registration form from our website www.HansonSoccer.com and mail it in. If you have any questions, please contact our Registrar, at registar@hansonsoccer.com WHEN AVAILABLE ~ You will be able to pick up a registration form at the Maquan School Office Notice Rack. PLEASE NOTE - Do NOT return registration forms to Maquan. Please mail them into Hanson Youth Soccer.
