Fall Registration ~ (All Levels - K thru 8th)~
Age Eligiability for Kindergarten: Your child needs to be going into kindergarten in September 2009 and be 5 years of age for them to be eligible to play fall soccer. Registration • Complete registration form signed by parent or legal guardian. • Include copy of player's birth certificate - ONLY if they are NEW to the HYS program. First time players can NOT play without it. • Check for $60.00 per child, $115.00 per family maximum. Please send and make checks payable to Hanson Youth Soccer. ALL REGISTRATIONS ARE DUE TO HYS REGISTAR - NO LATER THAN August 10, 2009. Equipment • Hanson Youth Soccer reversable mess shirt (purchased seperately at appareal table at Maquan field for $20.00. • Shin pads - (mandatory) Goals of Program The HYS fall soccer program involves boys and girls in 5 age groups (Under 6, Under 7, Under 8, Under 10, Under 12, and Under 14) in a recreational soccer program. The main objective of the program is for children to have fun and competition playing soccer with their friends in an organized program, while also learning soccer skills, teamwork, etc. Teams in the U-8, U-10, age groups play in a 6 v 6 format. Teams in the12 age group play in an 8 v 8 format and U-14 age group play in an 11 v 11 format. Boys and girls in all age groups are on separate teams. The program consists of an 8 week regular season with all games on Saturdays (between approx. 8 a.m. and 1 p.m.). Teams in U14 age groups play in a fall travel competitive league. Where Maquan School Field and Indian Head School Field (K-2) beginning at 8:00 a.m. for grades 1 and 2 and 9:15 for kindergarten. U10 is 10:45 at Hanson Middle School. Dates Start date is Saturday, September TBA, 2009 and runs into November.
If you are unable to make a registration, please download a registration form from our website www.HansonSoccer.com and mail it in. If you have any questions, please contact our Registrar, at registar@hansonsoccer.com WHEN AVAILABLE ~ You will be able to pick up a registration form at the Maquan School Office Notice Rack. PLEASE NOTE - Do NOT return registration forms to Maquan. Please mail them into Hanson Youth Soccer. All parents should review the Zero Tolerance Policy guidelines as well as the Code of Conduct which can be found on the Hanson Youth Soccer website.
