Description The spring league is open to all children in Hanson in Kindergarten - second grade only. It is a recreational soccer league for children of all abilities. |

Kiddie Spring Registration
~ (K - Grade 2)
Age Eligibility - A league season runs from September to June. Any child
who will be entering Kindergarten in the Fall and is five years of age is eligible to play. Fall
season should be the first season of play for a NEW player. Example - 2008 - Child enters Kindergarten and who are 5 years of age - are eligible. - Spring season 2009 - child should already be 5 and in kindergarten Pre-schoolers turning five in that same year - are not eligible to play until the following September season. If you are new to town and and have a Kindergartener, please call the Hanson Soccer Registar. Registration • Complete registration form signed by parent or legal guardian. • Include copy of player's birth certificate. First time players can NOT play without it. • A check for $60.00 for the first child; $115.00 for two children; family max $115.00 Note: If you already have a child in the travel program and you are registering a child for kiddie, the cost will Be $55.00. If you have two children in the travel program, then the third child is free but still need to send in registration form. The deadline for all registrations has passed - registration is closed for Spring 2009. Season begins April 11th. Fees: $60.00 for the first child; $115.00 for two children; family max $115.00 Equipment • Hanson Youth Soccer reversable mess shirt (purchased seperately at appareal table at Maquan field for $20.00. • Shin pads Goals of Program Instructional Soccer promotes basic skills while encouraging the most fun. The main objective of the program is for children to have fun and competition playing soccer with their friends in an organized program, while also learning soccer skills, teamwork, etc. Boys and girls in all age groups are on separate teams. The program consists of an 8 week regular season with all games on Saturdays (with games at 8 a.m. and 9 a.m.). Where Maquan School Field and Indian Head School Field (K-2) beginning at 8:00 a.m. for grades 1 and 2 and 9:15 for kindergarten. Dates ~ Kiddie soccer will run from April 11th to June 4, 2009). ~ There will NOT be Kiddie soccer on Memorial day weekend. ~ June 4th will be the absolute final day for kiddie. Should we encounter bad weather during the season resulting in Kiddie games being canceled we will double up on games instead of practicing skills for the first half hour, so we get in the full season of games without having to add additional days to the season
If you are unable to make a registration, please download a registration form from our website www.HansonSoccer.com and mail it in. If you have any questions, please contact our Registrar, at registar@hansonsoccer.com WHEN AVAILABLE ~ You will be able to pick up a registration form at the Maquan School Office Notice Rack. PLEASE NOTE - Do NOT return registration forms to Maquan. Please mail them into Hanson Youth Soccer.
