Withdrawals/Reimbursement/Refunds: A player wishing to withdraw from the program before the season has started and is requesting a refund, must do so in writing. Any player requesting a refund after the season has started must do so in writing explaining the reason for this refund. This request must be done no later than 10 days after the season has started (before third game of play). Beyond the ten day period, no refund will be allocated. The Executive Board will act on the request, and based on the circumstance may elect to refund the registration fee, less any late fee, affiliated organization fee and/or any uniform cost where applicable. The request must be directed to: Hanson Youth Soccer Executive Board P.O. Box 542 Hanson, MA 02341 RETURNED CHECK POLICY Checks returned by your bank are subject to a $10.00 fee, along with the original registration amount, before player(s) covered by the check can be re-instated. ALL PLAYERS WHO ARE NOT IN COMPLIANCE WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE UNTIL THE REQUIREMENT IS MET. Registration Forms WHEN AVAILABLE ~ You will be able to pick up a registration form at the Maquan School Office Notice Rack. PLEASE NOTE - Do NOT return registration forms to Maquan. | Please note that Hanson Youth Soccer supports a “Zero Tolerance Policy”. All parents should review the Zero Tolerance Policy guidelines as well as the Code of Conduct which can be found on the Hanson Youth Soccer website. This policy has been adopted to protect the game and ensure that it is played and enjoyed by all who attend. | |
