Withdrawals/Reimbursement/Refunds:
A player wishing to withdraw from the program before the season has started and is requesting a refund, must
do so in writing. Any player requesting a refund after the season has started must do so in writing explaining
the reason for this refund. This request must be done no later than 10 days after the season has started (before
third game of play). Beyond the ten day period, no refund will be allocated. The Executive Board will act on
the request, and based on the circumstance may elect to refund the registration fee, less any late fee, affiliated
organization fee and/or any uniform cost where applicable.

RETURNED CHECK POLICY
Checks returned by your bank are subject to a $10.00 fee, along with the original
registration amount, before player(s) covered by the check can be re-instated. ALL PLAYERS WHO ARE
NOT IN COMPLIANCE WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE UNTIL THE REQUIREMENT IS MET.

WHEN AVAILABLE ~ You will be able to pick up a registration form at the Maquan School Office
Notice Rack. PLEASE NOTE - Do NOT return registration forms to
Maquan. Please mail them
into Hanson Youth Soccer. If you have any questions regarding the registration process, please contact our
